Project Description
The aim of the project was to study local trade and services: their current problems and future scenarios connected with operating on one of the main streets of Wrocław, once the most important shopping street in the city. The project was realized with the participation of local entrepreneurs, residents and selected students and PhD students from the Uniwersity of Wroclaw, Wroclaw University of Technology and Wroclaw University of Economics. We organised public consultation, focus groups and foresight elements around the results: desk research, market trends, and surveys conducted by Michał Dębek, PhD on the customer experience in Wrocław’s streets and shopping malls.
