Project Description
Business intelligence services provided for a well-known medical company dealing with sales of medical equipment, hearing implants, and running a laryngology clinic. The project included strategic analysis, strategic audit preparation, SWOT/PEST, portfolio analysis and market estimation. It was also an attempt to systematically approach the management of consumer experience (CEM/B2BEM) and employee experience management (EEM), particularly in sales departments.
